Sara Andrea Oldani has been advising clients for several years in the areas of liability and insurance law in connection with national and international transport (ship, road, rail, aviation).

Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Helmut Heiss, LL.M.

Helmut Heiss is a full professor at the University of Zurich, having previously held professorships in DE/AT. He is admitted to the Munich Higher Regional Court as a lawyer, has practised in Zurich since 2011 and also acts as an arbitrator, legal trustee for two German insurance companies and as a private expert. He specialises in insurance law expert opinions for domestic and foreign arbitration and court proceedings, in particular in international liability cases such as class actions in the USA.
He specialises in Swiss, German, Austrian, Liechtenstein, international and European insurance law, general contract law, Liechtenstein company, foundation and trust law as well as international private and procedural law.
He headed the project group on the ‘Principles of European Insurance Contract Law (PEICL)’ and heads the project group on the ‘Principles of Reinsurance Contract Law (PRICL)’. He was a member of the European Commission's Expert Commission on European Insurance Contract Law and has advised legislators on various matters.
Ass.-Prof. Dr. Oliver D. William

Oliver Dean William is an assistant professor of private law specialising in the law of obligations at the University of Lucerne. He also acts as a private expert in matters of general contract law, non-contractual liability law and reinsurance law in particular. As a lawyer, he supports clients in an advisory capacity.
As ‘Special Advisor Drafting and Research’, Oliver Dean William advises the project group on the ‘Principles of Reinsurance Contract Law (PRICL)’. He is also rapporteur for the PRICL provisions on claims aggregation and serves as Vice Chair of the AIDA Working Party Dispute Resolution.

Isaiyalakan Mathiyalakan is a student at the University of Zurich and has been a legal assistant at mbh Attorneys at Law since August 2025. Mr Mathiyalakan previously gained professional experience in legal consulting in family and tenancy law.
